Women into High Performance Coaching
The Report presents findings from an evaluation of a three-year pilot of the Women into High Performance Coaching (WHPC) programme. In particular the research considered the effectiveness of the programmes' services and delivery, and ultimately it's impact on women coaches to practice and access opportunities at the high performance level. The research employed a three-staged methodology utilising interviews and surveys with coaches and the programme managers and achieved a 71% response rate for the main stage. The results show that 95% of respondents were satisfied with the programme and only 5% believed it required significant improvement. Whilst coaches were not necessarily working at a higher level after undertaking the WHPC programme, they believed they had benefited significantly from the skills and experience they had acquired as a result of their participation.
