sports coach UK has commissioned John Lyle Consulting and Transition UK Ltd to undertake sport specific coaching workforce audits, as part of work to develop a "Coaching Workforce 2009-2016" document.

Aims and Objectives

• Refine coaching workforce measures
• Pilot data collection tools
• Gather workforce data for a variety of target groups
• Critically review the data collection process within each sport
• Develop a workforce development plan for each of the sports
