This is a practical six-hour workshop which consists of the Introduction to the FUNdamentals of Movement and Multi Skills Clubs In Practice.

Multi-skill Clubs in Practice

Learn how to integrate the key generic skills of agility, balance and coordination (ABCs) which underpin the majority of sports, into multi-skill sessions by attending this workshop. By improving your knowledge of the ABCs, you will be able to play your part in developing physical literacy in children. It’s also an excellent opportunity for you to share opinions, learn from others and develop ideas about good practice.

Multi Skill Club Inclusion: 3 Hours

This practical workshop is aimed at coaches that currently work within a Multi Skill Club environment. It looks at how the principles of Balance, Coordination and Agility link with inclusion and how to develop effective sessions that are challenging for all participants.

Multi Skill Club Inclusion: 6 Hours

This is a practical six-hour workshop which consists of the Multi Skill Club Inclusion (3 Hours) and Introduction to the FUNdamentals of Movement.
