As you may be aware, this year has been a very busy time for workshop and resource reviews. We have seen the launch of Safeguarding and Protecting Children (formally Good Practice and Child Protection) and Equity in Your Coaching, after the content of the workshops and resources were taken through a major review. The feedback received from both of these new workshops has been extremely positive.

Underpaid Postage
Please ensure that to avoid instances of insufficient postage being supplied on post-course paperwork that you either claim back the postage with a receipt from the Post Office or use the expenses box on the tutor claim form for any additional stamps you may have had to purchase.
Workshop Administration Process
With the implementation of the new system, you, as a tutor, need to ensure that all attendees present at a workshop must complete their details on our attendance register in full and legibly in order for us to have their correct and up-to-date information. We have made amends to the attendance register in for the data collection to be improved and we have also designed a new certificate in order to implement this change and to prevent any misuse of the old sports coach UK certificate. Please can we therefore ask that any old certificates be destroyed as they are no longer valid.
As the tutor of a workshop you will continue to be sent the administration pack from Coachwise containing a blank attendance register, tutor claim form, tutor evaluation form and workshop attendee evaluation forms. You are then responsible for returning the post-course paperwork back to the Business Support Centre in order for you to be paid (where applicable) and for the individuals to be input onto our system in order for them to be sent their certificate of attendance. This paperwork needs to be returned as soon after the workshop has taken place as possible.
Please advise attendees during the workshop that they will be sent a certificate to the address that they provide on the register and will need to allow at least 28 days for this process to be completed.
